Please contact “email@example.com” if you would like to make a website exchange. Please include a product description, invoice number & date, and the reason for your exchange.
As a small business, we are unable to give refunds, but we’re happy to issue store credit or exchange within 30 days for online purchases (or 14 days for in-store purchases) from the purchase date. Items must be in brand new condition. No signs of wear, tags attached, unwashed, unaltered, stain free, makeup free, smoke free and deodorant free. SALE ITEMS AND ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE.
All exchanges must be for Lovely Boutique merchandise OR for store credit only.
For Holiday gifts, we issue Gift Receipts and extend our return policy to two weeks after December 25th for exchanges and/or store credit. Same rules as above apply.
